1. Acceptance of terms

By entering New World Hall, using our website at newworldhall.com, or making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or enter the venue.

2. Venue access and age requirements

New World Hall welcomes guests of all ages during standard opening hours. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some events, tournaments, or late-night sessions may be restricted to guests aged 18 or over; age limits are shown on the event page.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or violates these terms.

3. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown at the time of booking and include applicable VAT. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for private events. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

4. Conduct in the venue

We want every guest to have a safe and fun experience. You agree to:

• Treat staff, other guests, and equipment with respect.
• Follow staff instructions and safety briefings, especially for VR and motion-simulator equipment.
• Not bring outside food or drink without prior approval; refreshments are available on-site.
• Not smoke, vape, or use open flames inside the venue.
• Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to staff immediately.

5. Equipment and liability

Our arcade cabinets, VR headsets, PCs, consoles, and pinball machines are provided for entertainment use. Use them responsibly. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Lockers are available, but we recommend leaving valuables at home.

6. Intellectual property

All content on newworldhall.com, including logos, images, text, and design, is owned by New World Hall AB or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. Game titles and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

7. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, access restricted areas, or use automated tools to scrape content or bookings.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before completing a booking.

9. Changes and interruptions

We may change opening hours, equipment availability, event schedules, or prices without notice. We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, technical failures, or government restrictions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
